Implementation & Conversion
When you begin a relationship with Fidelity, we work to ensure that the transition process runs as smoothly as possible. All new clients are assigned an implementation project manager and a team of conversion specialists to manage the entire process.
Implementation Project Manager
An implementation project manager works directly with you and your team to create a detailed plan of action, clearly outline the roles and responsibilities of all participants, and establish realistic timeframes for completing each phase. He or she oversees the entire project until your accounts have been successfully set-up.
Simplified Paperwork
We've created a process to significantly reduce the effort to re-paper. Provide us with your client data in the format most convenient to you, and we'll do the rest. Our team inputs the required data and provides you with pre-populated application forms for your client's signature.
Technology Support
A team of technology specialists work with you and your staff to train you how to use Fidelity Advisor CHANNEL®, and will help ensure that the integration with our technical platform is completed quickly and efficiently.

In-Person, Instructor-Led Training
For clients who live near a training center, we offer three-day in-person training courses that provide participants hands-on instruction in the use of the various business and client management programs available through Advisor CHANNEL®.
Web-Based Interactive Training
If you prefer to train at your own pace and on your own schedule, you can take advantage of our Web-based, instructor-led online training program. From the convenience of your own desktop, you and your staff can learn about and use Advisor CHANNEL's extensive range of capabilities.

This newsletter will be sent to all contacts designated as business principals.
